Very pale lemon in colour. On the nose, very fragrant with notes of jasmine, fennel, cardamom, lemon, green apples and pears with a hint of smoke. Citrusy on the palate with notes of lime and lemon but also green apple, gooseberry and a hint of nectarine and passion fruit. Bright acidity and medium to long finish which delivers a hint of toast and vanilla.
