Greyfriar’s Vineyard, Rosé Reserve

Pale to medium salmon in colour. Fruity on the nose with notes of red forest fruits such as raspberries and strawberries, but also lemon and grapefruit. Undertones of yeasty notes such as fresh bread. Reminiscent of cheesecake. Refreshing acidity on the palate with fresh crushed strawberries, lemon and grapefruit leading to slightly toasty and bready notes in a long finish and a fine mousse.
