    The first vines at Nutbourne Vineyards were planted in 1980 by one of the early pioneers of English grape growers. Since 1991 the Gladwin family have owned, managed and expanded the vineyard. Nutbourne Vineyards is now considered one of the top producers in the South-East. The still and sparkling wines crafted by the vineyard are estate-grown and can compete with the top wines produced in the world.
