Aromas: Notes of lemon, baked apples and pears on a background of lees ageing providing notes of pastry such as brioche and almond croissants.

Flavours: Creamy mousse and refreshing acidity with intense flavours of lime sherbet, yellow apples, pears with a hint of stone and tropical fruits such as apricot and melon. Lees notes of pastry and almonds in the finish which is long.
