Pale lemon in colour with notes of white fruit on the nose including Conference pear, yellow apple and citrus fruit such as lemon. Secondary notes of lees ageing of biscuit and pastry. Elegant on the palate with flavours of green apple, gooseberry and lemon finishing with cream and pastry. Bright acidity, delicate mousse and a long finish.
