Aromas: Citrus fruits such as lemon and lemon curd, pear, yellow apple and floral notes of honeysuckle. A background of hazelnuts, biscuit and bready notes.

Flavours: A creamy mousse and balanced acidity with flavours of lemon sherbet, yellow apples and orange with biscuit, toast and nuts in the finish which is medium to long.
