Gusbourne, Brut Reserve
Gusbourne in Kent is one of England’s most celebrated winemakers. Their Brut Reserve is an elegant example of English sparkling wine and is regularly served at Buckingham Palace. Golden in colour, with a vibrant mousse. On the nose expect lemon, orange blossom, yellow apple and a notes of red berries. Due to extended ageing on its lees, there are also secondary notes of brioche and baked pastries.

Woodchurch craft their Blanc de Blancs (white sparkling wine made from white grapes) using Chardonnay grown exclusively in their Kent vineyard. Pale gold in colour, with aromas of Conference pear and vanilla. Notes of lemon and green apple in the finish with a creamy texture and a long finish.
