Aromas: Conference pear and red apple alongside toffee apple, biscuit and pastry. Undertones of almond and walnut.
Flavours: The palate mirrors the nose with flavours of lemon and apricot with lots of biscuit and brioche. Fine mousse, balanced acidity and long finish.
