Simpsons Wine Estate, Gravel Castle Chardonnay

Pale lemon in colour. Citrus notes of lemon, white fruits such as yellow apples and pears and also gooseberries. Refreshing acidity with flavours of green apples, lime and grapefruit. Medium to long finish. Very “Chablis-esque”.
